Farida is forced by her father to marry a businessman, Osama, although she loves Dr. Ibrahim. She lives a miserable life with Osama in Paris, therefore, they get divorced, and Farida returns to Egypt. Lately, Farida's grandmother calls Dr. Ibrahim to see Farida when she suffers from a severe headache. Ibrahim finds out that Farida suffers from cancer. They both get married and live in London, not knowing when the disease will end their happiness.
